CTR_Creator Version 1.00 (English)

CTR_Creator Version 1.00 can be used to create Custom Tracked Rides (short CTR) and Custom Flatrides (short CFR) for the game RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 (short RCT3) by Atari/Frontier. CTR_Creator is gratis. No license agreement needs to be accepted. The tool transfers no data over the internet. No registry entries are generated.
